Empowering Communities in Uganda Through Evangelism
Evangelism remains at the heart of our work in Uganda. Burning Bush (BBI), brings hope, healing, and the profound message of Christ’s love to those who are often overlooked and marginalized. Providing humanitarian assistance serves as a tangible expression of Christ’s care, reaching those in need with compassion and grace.
BBI has played a significant role in supporting the ministry of the King of Kings Church located in a very poor neighborhood of Kampala. Through financial assistance, prayer, and steadfast encouragement, BBI is empowering the church to shine as a beacon of hope in this community.
One particularly meaningful moment was our worship time with 60-70 women at Morukatipe prison.
Though privacy restrictions prevented us from capturing photos inside the prison, we were able to share Christ’s love in a practical way by distributing boxes filled with much-needed hygiene items such as soaps and other toiletries. It was a powerful reminder of the impact of small acts of kindness when paired with faith.
